Service Description

Client will get over 40 images for MLS. All images will be edited in high resolution and uploaded to preferred method of retrieval by client. Turnaround time is under 24 hours. Each room of the home will have at least 2 angles taken. The exterior will include at least 2 angles of the front and back. I offer additional services like blue skies, green grass, object removal (only if not a permanent part of the property) and photo videos. Additional travel fee for properties over 30 miles from my location. THIS FEE IS FOR PROPERTIES BETWEEN 1000-3000 square ft. These images are considered Regular Shots and are single frame images taken with an external camera flash, available interior lighting and ambient/natural or outdoor lighting. If you prefer Premium High Definition shots please choose the Category for LUXURY HIGH DEFINITION PHOTOGRAPHY! Separate travel fee will be charged for properties over 30 miles from my home. Please pay for mileage separately after discussing with photographer.

For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a fee.
